Club chiefs have instructed staff to explore spectacular options in Europe, with an emphasis on proven players who can influence big matches immediately.
According to reporter Florian Plettenberg, Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes remains the ultimate dream target for the No. 10 spot. The 31-year-old, born on 8 September 1994, joined United from Portuguese side Sporting CP in January 2020 and has not signed for Galatasaray during his career. Plettenberg reports that Gala was already interested in the last window and plans fresh contact with his camp, even though they privately rate their chances as low.
The main reason is European football. Fernandes is expected to play in the Champions League with Manchester United next season, which gives the English club a clear advantage in retaining him.
