Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Tolu Arokodare has thanked the club's supporters at the end of a difficult Premier League campaign.

The Nigeria international, who uses the social media handle t.e.a.7, posted a message on Threads on Monday evening with two match photographs in Wolves' gold home shirt and blue away shirt. He called it "a tough season for all of us," said he did not take the fans' backing for granted, and added that he had "some great personal moments" to share with them.

The 2025-26 season ended with Wolves bottom of the table on 19 points from three wins, ten draws and 24 defeats, confirming relegation to the Championship and ending an eight-year run in the top flight. The club set a Premier League record for the worst start, taking three points from the first 19 fixtures, and relegation was mathematically sealed on 20 April after a 3-0 defeat at Leeds United.

Arokodare joined Wolves from Belgian club Genk on 1 September for £24 million and finished as one of four joint-top league scorers with three goals, scoring six times in all competitions.
