Turkish football pundit Adnan Aybaba has pledged to paint his body entirely black if Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen outscores Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku in the Turkish Super Lig this season.
Aybaba made the statement on the Turkish sports program Telegol this week. The comments, which have circulated widely since September 3, 2026, were in response to the early-season goal race in Turkey. According to reports from the broadcast, Aybaba said Osimhen would finish behind both Lukaku and Vlahovic. He added that Vlahovic is a better footballer than Osimhen, stating directly: "Osimhen will lag behind Lukaku and Vlahovic. Vlahovic is a better footballer than Osimhen," and "If Osimhen surpasses them in goals, I will paint myself black."
The prediction comes as all three strikers are linked with leading Super Lig clubs. Osimhen, the Nigeria international, joined Galatasaray from Napoli and has started the current campaign strongly, with reports putting him on five league goals so far.
Vlahovic has been linked with Besiktas and Lukaku with Fenerbahce, in what would be two of the league's most high-profile arrivals. Aybaba's forecast positions Osimhen behind both rivals despite his early form. Vlahovic was reported to have three goals, while Lukaku is yet to open his account this season.
