Galatasaray have received a €130 million offer for striker Victor Osimhen from an intermediary acting on behalf of Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.

The offer was made verbally on Wednesday and was reported Thursday by Sky Sport Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg. According to the report, the Turkish champions have no intention of entering negotiations at this stage.

The proposal marks the latest attempt by Al-Hilal to sign the Nigerian international. The club previously offered Osimhen a contract worth up to €30 million per season ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, which the player declined.

Osimhen, 26, spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, scoring 37 goals in 41 appearances, before completing a permanent move this summer for a release clause valued at €75 million. That clause was reduced from an initial €130 million when he signed a new deal with Napoli last summer.

Galatasaray officials are not willing to negotiate the new offer and have no plans to open talks, Plettenberg reported. The club has already tabled a long-term contract to Osimhen worth between €15 million and €20 million net per season to secure his future in Istanbul.
