Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara is expected to be available for the Antalyaspor match, easing concerns over his recent knee issue.
The update was shared by the account Forza Cimbom on X, citing Turkish journalist Ali Naci Küçük. Sara was a late withdrawal from Galatasaray's Champions League trip to Atlético Madrid this week after head coach Okan Buruk described his condition as a game-time decision, which raised fears of a longer absence. He is now projected to rejoin full training and be part of the squad for the Süper Lig fixture at RAMS Park on May 9.
The 26-year-old Brazilian has been central to Galatasaray's title push since his £20 million move from Norwich City in August 2024. Operating as a left-footed central midfielder, Sara has recorded five goals and seven assists across all competitions this season and leads the team in key passes.
He scored twice in the 3-1 win over Fatih Karagümrük last month and has formed a consistent partnership with Lucas Torreira and Mario Lemina. His set-piece delivery and ability to break lines have made him one of Buruk's most trusted starters during a congested schedule.
