Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has boldly declared that no team in Europe is superior to his side as they prepare to face Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
Speaking at a pre-match press conference, the experienced coach reaffirmed his belief in PSG’s quality, stating there is no better team than his squad.
Enrique described the upcoming clash as a meeting between the two strongest teams on the continent, even while acknowledging Arsenal’s impressive season. “These are the two best teams in Europe even if Arsenal also had a great season,” he reported.
He praised Bayern Munich’s consistency, pointing out that the German club has lost only two matches all season, giving them a slight edge in that regard. Yet, Enrique confirmed that PSG stands at the top overall, emphasizing his team’s resilience and development throughout the campaign.
