Former Beşiktaş midfielder Sinan Engin has questioned Victor Osimhen's influence inside the Galatasaray squad.
Speaking on the Asist Analiz YouTube channel in Istanbul this week, the 61-year-old pundit said the Nigeria striker's conduct has changed since his permanent transfer from Napoli.
He made the remarks in early May as Galatasaray prepare for the summer transfer window, with European clubs linked to Osimhen. He said the player's behavior toward teammates has become a talking point in Turkish football coverage.
Engin said Osimhen's reactions affect how colleagues play. He claimed winger Yunus Akgün often looks for Osimhen when in possession because the striker becomes angry if he is ignored, even when another teammate is better placed.
Engin described this as problematic for team decision-making. He added that Osimhen remains useful to Galatasaray but was more effective during his initial loan spell in the 2024-25 season, when his attitude was different. He called for a direct conversation with the player about the recent changes.
He linked the issue to transfer speculation. Engin said he would support a sale if Bayern Munich or Real Madrid submit offers around 120 million euros or higher. He was speaking after reports in Turkish media linking Bayern with a move for Osimhen as a replacement for Harry Kane.
