According to reports, the Uruguayan player offered a blunt appraisal of the sport’s current hierarchy. “Federico Valverde, Kylian Mbappé, and Victor Osimhen are currently the world’s best footballers,” he stated.
The 27-year-old Nigerian international scored seven goals in ten UEFA Champions League matches but is currently sidelined with an arm injury sustained from a challenge by Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konaté during Galatasaray’s round of sixteen tie against Liverpool.
