Nigerian football coach Eric Chelle has confirmed that Victor Boniface is back in the squad ahead of the 2026 AFCON.
According to Chelle's squad list for the upcoming African Cup of Nations, Werder Bremen forward Boniface has been included. The striker was ruled out of recent World Cup qualifiers due to injury but is now set to participate.
