Nigerian winger Collins Yira Sor has completed a move to Turkish Super Lig side Amedspor from Belgian club KRC Genk.
The transfer was confirmed by Amedspor on Monday on their official X account. The 26-year-old has signed a three-year contract with the Diyarbakir-based club. He leaves Genk after two and a half years in Belgium to join the newly promoted side ahead of the 2025-2026 Super Lig season.
Sor joined Genk in January 2023 from Czech side Slavia Prague for a reported 6.5 million euros, making him one of the club's most expensive signings at the time. He made his name in the UEFA Europa Conference League with Slavia, scoring six goals in six games before the move.
At Genk, he struggled for consistent playing time and did not fully establish himself as a first-choice starter. With one year left on his contract and no extension talks, the Belgian club was open to a sale.
