Parma have reached a verbal agreement with Atalanta for the loan signing of striker El Bilal Touré, according to a report by transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The agreement, reported on Sunday, would see the 23-year-old Malian international join Parma on a season-long loan with an €11 million buy clause included in the deal. The clause would be eligible to be activated from 2027.
Romano reported that the two Serie A clubs have settled terms between themselves, and the move now depends on the player. The final step is for Touré to accept the personal terms offered by Parma for the potential permanent transfer.
Touré joined Atalanta from Spanish side Almería in the summer of 2023 for a club-record fee of around €30 million. His time in Bergamo has been disrupted by injuries and limited playing time, leading to loan spells away from the club, including last season at Besiktas and VfB Stuttgart.
