Vinicius Jr. Undergoes Facial Procedure After World Cup Exit

Side-by-side comparison of Real Madrid and Brazil forward Vinicius Jr. before and after undergoing a reported chin harmonization procedure following Brazil's elimination from the 2026 World Cup

Brazilian forward Vinícius Júnior has appeared with a new look following Brazil's elimination from the 2026 World Cup after undergoing a cosmetic procedure in his home country.

The Real Madrid winger, 26, traveled to Goiânia, Brazil, where he underwent a procedure described as facial harmonization, also reported as chin harmonization.

According to Brazilian outlet TMC, the treatment took place at a dermatology clinic in the city and was performed by dermatologist Dr. Alessandro Alarcão. The procedure was reported earlier this week, shortly after Vinícius returned to Brazil after a holiday in Europe following the tournament.

Facial harmonization is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses dermal fillers, such as hyaluronic acid, to sculpt facial contours.

In Vinícius Jr.'s case, reports said the procedure was intended to add definition to the jawline, adjust chin projection and create better balance and symmetry with other facial features.
