Inter Milan are preparing a move for Galatasaray goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır at the end of the season, according to Turkish daily Sabah.
The 30-year-old Turkish international has emerged as a key target to bolster the Nerazzurri’s goalkeeping department.
Uğurcan Çakır, who joined Galatasaray in 2025, was added to the Inter Milan shortlist as an experienced option to strengthen their goalkeeping position.
Galatasaray, however, plan to reject all incoming offers by offering the goalkeeper a lucrative contract extension. The Turkish champions are determined to keep their first-choice shot-stopper despite growing interest from Italy, with club officials believing a significant salary increase will be enough to deter potential suitors and ward off formal bids.
