During an interview with Amstel Malta, the Saudi Women’s Premier League star, who currently plays for Al Hilal, opened up about her role as a continental icon. Oshoala revealed that many supporters worldwide look to her for inspiration, stating, “A lot of people look up to me not just in Nigeria but in Africa as a whole, so I feel like there is a big responsibility that I am carrying on my shoulders, and every day I tell myself ‘You have got to be good.’”
