England and Ghana played out a 0-0 draw in their FIFA World Cup 2026 Group L match on Tuesday at Boston Stadium in Foxborough.

The English national team, seeking to build on their opening victory, were frustrated by a resilient Ghanaian side aiming to secure early qualification points. The stalemate left both teams level on points in the group standings.

No goals were scored in the match. England dominated possession and created several chances throughout the first half but failed to convert, while Ghana defended stoutly with limited attacking output.

The second half followed a similar pattern of English pressure met by organized Ghanaian resistance, resulting in a cagey, low-scoring affair overall.

England now sit with four points from two matches and a goal difference of plus two. Ghana also have four points and a positive goal difference. The result keeps both teams in contention for advancement from Group L alongside Croatia and Panama.

England face Panama on June 27, 2026 at New York/New Jersey Stadium.
