Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer stated this week that the club has no plans to part with forward Michael Olise, stressing the France international remains central to the team’s future.

Speaking to Bild, Hainer said, “We absolutely want to keep him. He has a contract until 2029.” He added that Olise “has the chance to win every title with us every year” and that he sees “no reason why he should look elsewhere.” The comments were made public on Wednesday and follow ongoing speculation linking Olise with Premier League clubs.

The 24-year-old winger joined Bayern from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2024 and is under contract at the Allianz Arena until 2029. Since arriving, Olise has become a key attacking figure for the Bundesliga champions. In 83 appearances for the club, he has recorded 33 goals and 43 assists.

Club officials have previously dismissed transfer rumors, with supervisory board member Karl-Heinz Rummenigge noting Olise still has three years left on his deal and that “people come to the stadium because of players like him.”

Bayern’s stance comes amid reported interest from Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Real Madrid, with some valuations exceeding €100m.

According to German media, the club is also preparing to offer Olise a two-year extension beyond 2029 before the World Cup later this year to ward off potential suitors.
