| Okoye shows up at the Venice Film edition |
Nigerian and Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has revealed the total percentage of tattoos drawn on his body after being asked by a fan during an online interaction. The Super Eagles shot-stopper, who currently plays his club football in Italy, shared the personal detail while engaging with supporters on social media. Okoye has often attracted attention for his distinctive look, which includes visible tattoos on his arms and upper body.
The Super Eagles’ goal stopper Okoye took to his Snapchat handle and opted for a question-and-answer session with fans. During the interaction, a fan asked him directly how many tattoos he has on his body. Responding honestly, Okoye admitted that he could not put an exact number to them. However, he gave a clear estimate, stating, “I don’t know how many in total but would say that around 60% of my body is covered with tattoos,” he revealed.
Okoye’s comment reflects a broader trend among modern footballers who use body art as a form of self-expression, storytelling, and identity. For the Nigerian international, the tattoos appear to be a personal choice rather than a distraction from his professional career.
