Turkish Süper Lig club Trabzonspor has opened talks to sign Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan, according to reports emerging on Sunday, June 28, 2026.

The 27-year-old winger, who spent last season on loan at English side Fulham, is currently contracted to the Serie A club. AC Milan signed Chukwueze in 2023 for a reported fee of €21 million. Trabzonspor has now identified the Super Eagles player as a key target to strengthen its attack ahead of the 2026-2027 season. Negotiations are underway in Istanbul and Milan, with both clubs discussing the structure of a potential deal.

According to Fobmac, Trabzonspor has submitted an official offer of €15 million, to AC Milan for Chukwueze. The Turkish side is pursuing a permanent transfer as it looks to rebuild its squad after the previous campaign.

Chukwueze featured for Fulham during the 2025-2026 season but returned to Milan this summer. His contract status and recent loan spell have prompted interest from clubs seeking to secure his services. The move would see the winger relocate to Trabzon if terms are finalized.
