Turkish football pundit Yetiş Yönettci has said Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen could solve Manchester United's attacking problems. The comments were shared by Turkish broadcaster A Spor.
Yönettci said the 27-year-old Galatasaray forward would make an immediate impact if he moves to Old Trafford. "Victor Osimhen would be the cure for all of Manchester United's woes," he said.
The pundit added that there are few clubs in Europe where Osimhen would not be able to succeed. Osimhen has been in strong form for Galatasaray since joining the club, initially on loan from Napoli before completing a permanent move. He has started the current season with four goals in his first two appearances for the Turkish champions.
Manchester United have been linked with Osimhen during this summer's transfer window, along with Arsenal, Atlético Madrid and other top European clubs. The comments follow United's 2-0 defeat in the Premier League, which increased pressure on the club to strengthen its attack.
