Former Galatasaray head coach Fatih Terim says Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen would fit into any of his Galatasaray teams.
The comment came during an interview with Turkish journalist Erman Yasar, a clip of which was posted by Le Marca Sports on X. When Yasar asked which version of his Galatasaray he would particularly want Osimhen for, Terim responded: "A player like Victor Osimhen would suit any Galatasaray. I see him as a player needed every minute. I'd want him for every Galatasaray."
Terim, 71, is Galatasaray's most decorated manager, having led the Istanbul club in four separate spells and to the UEFA Cup title in 2000, and previously coached AC Milan and Fiorentina. Yasar's question referenced Terim's different successful eras at the club.
The exchange took place during a sit-down discussion about the club's current squad and Champions League prospects. The interview was published in Turkish and translated on social media, where it quickly drew attention among supporters.
